Thane, Maharashtra: A male teacher has been apprehended by local police in Bhiwandi for allegedly exposing obscene content on his mobile phone to female students and engaging in inappropriate behavior. The incident came to light after a young girl disclosed the disturbing experiences to her parents.
The accused, identified as Muzammil, reportedly targeted multiple students, including the girl who reported the matter. According to the police, the victim’s parents became concerned when she began avoiding school regularly. Upon questioning, the minor revealed the teacher’s inappropriate actions, including showing explicit videos and making her feel uncomfortable.
Following the complaint, the police registered a case against the teacher under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Muzammil was subsequently arrested, and further investigations into the matter are ongoing.
